Hallo, wir waren in diesem Jahr mit unseren Freunden zu Gast im Adalya Ozean Delux. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wiederholungsgefahr. Das Hotel ist Großzügig angelegt und sehr gepflegt.Es wird permanent darauf geachtet, dass das auch so bleibt. Das Personal, ob an der Rezeption,in den Gast- oder Speiseräumem, am eigenen Strand, sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch der Zimmerservice ist positiv zu erwähnen. Das angenehme Zimmer, mit kostenfreien Safe und Minikühlschrank, der immer neu befüllt war, wurde jeden Tag ordentlich gesäubert. Auch das Animationstaem hat sich täglich ins Zeug gelegt um den Urlaub angenehm zu gestalten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und so Abwechslungsreich, dass für jeden Geschmack ausreichend Auswahl zur Verfügung stand. Durch verschiedene Thementage wurde das Essen noch Anspruchsvoller. Der Service in Speiseraum war einer der besten, die ich bisher erlebt habe. Das Hotel hat einen sehr großen Pool mit Rutschen und separaten Kinderbecken. Ausreichend Liegen sind am Pool auch vorhanden. Leider werden diese von den Hotelgästen schon ab 7.00 Uhr belegt und sind dann oftmals den halben Tag lang unbenutzt. Am eigenen Hotelstrand, der nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt liegt, waren immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Im Meer baden ist eh schöner.Die Liegen wurden vom Strandpersonal täglich gereinigt. Auch hier sollte mal ein Lob ausgesprochen werden. Ich finde es bei einigen Hotelbewertungen unfair, dass manche die eine Bewertung abgeben, den Anspruch auf ein rein deutsch besetztes Hotel erheben. Wir konnten jedenfalls keine negativen Einflüsse durch die Multi Kulti Belegung feststellen. Alles in allem, ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Wir haben zu diesem Hotel keine negativen Aspekte gefunden.

Mitarbeiter, Zimmer, Speisen und Getränke, Strand, Hotelanlage und Lage des Hotels sind sehr gut.

Die Musik am Pool ist zu laut W-Lan müsste überall im Hotel gleich gut sein- evtl. auch am Strand. Dönerbude am Strand ist gut, aber wenn ich keine Teigtasche möchte, warum bekomme ich nur Fleisch und Soße, aber keinen Salat und Zaziki.

When I married my husband I was already pregnant and so I didn't have a job. He had a really good job though so I was able to stay home and take care of our son when it was born. When we had our second child we moved to a bigger house, but then strange things started to happen. Things would fly off the walls and doors would slam at night. Our oldest son talked about seeing figures and hearing voices. We consulted a medium and they said the house was haunted. After living there about a year more with only minor occurrences we moved out. That was when the bad luck started to happen. Everything started to fail, with my husband's job, our money and our luck in general. I went back to the same medium and they told me that a spirit had followed me and placed a curse upon me for disturbing it and not being respectful in the previous house. He tried to remove it but was unable. The misfortune kept going on and getting more severe as I tried to search out someone to break the curse. But when I found Dr.obasi spell he finally did it. Things started turning around almost immediately after he cast the spell and have been great from there! Dear Hotel Manager, We’ve booked our vacation in Ocean Deluxe before it was finished, being fully aware of the risk, that some things might not run properly yet. Our travel agency claimed to offer us a special discount as a compensation for this; however 3.140 EUR/11days/family room is not the cheapest anyway. To our big positive surprise, the hotel was prepared well. There are little things, which could have been done better, like the table in the room where you can’t sit at, as there is no space between the chair and the table to insert legs. But altogether, very very nice, to our satisfaction. The beach, although having seats too close next to each other, spacious enough, very nice. Satisfied. The pool, very nice as well, a little to less space and overcrowded each day, especially the kids’ pool. Altogether, OK. For all this we would accept 4 and a half star for Ocean Deluxe. The missing half – so we’ve thought – would be compensated by services. Services, for which we shouldn’t hesitate to tip the hotel staff, as recommended by the travel agency. Fair enough; employees probably do not make that much money and that’s what they live from. However, what we experience puts Ocean Deluxe to a *** hotel:

At the arrival we’ve tipped the lobby boy 5,-EUR and asked him to bring our luggage to our room. Another lobby boy arrived to our room minutes later and stretched his arm. “You didn’t receive 5,-EUR from your colleague?” – “No, Sir”. – “OK, I’m sorry. Here is 4,- for you and tell your colleague he owes me 5,-“. You can imagine, I’ve never seen my money again. Probably my bad, never tip in advance. We’ve checked the room. The safe was not working. I called the reception. “The safe is charged, you need to come to the reception”. “Cannot we do it via phone?”. “No, you must come to the reception”. Despite the embarrassing fact to charge 2,-EUR/day at a 3.140,-EUR rate, are you sure that in a 5* hotel it is appropriate to “must come to the reception” to activate the safe? The balcony door couldn’t lock. I called the reception. “Yes, we’ll fix it”. Next day I go personally to the reception. “Yes, we’ll fix it”. Something has been done, however, the balcony door remained still unlocked. Day no. 4: “Yes, we’ll fix it”. And day no. 5: “Yes, we’ll fix it”. Today is day no. 9: and the door still cannot be locked. As I’ve understood from other guests – they face a similar problem. Internet. I’ve purchased internet for 3 days. It was very slow but it worked. Later I’ve purchased internet for 7 days (15 eur). It stopped working after a day. I called reception. No response in the next hour. I went personally to the reception. “Try in 30 minutes…”. In 30 minutes – not working. Is this a 5* service? In the afternoon it worked again. Next morning – didn’t work. Neither in the evening. Next morning I’m coming to reception. The response: “Come in 30 minutes, with your laptop, our IT manager should be here”. Are you crazy? After I’ve raised my voice, I was told, that although I’ve purchased internet access to my room, I cannot access it from more than 1 device. It’s not written anywhere, it gives you no warning. It simply stops working. Up till now – we’ve accepted and considered the hotel to be a 4*, instead a 5* Cleaning the room. I remained faithful to my tradition to “motivate people” and left 5,-EUR on the bed, in advance, for the cleaning ladies. Day 1: 5,- eur tip – everything is fine, we get extra towels Day 2: 5,- eur tip – no coffee refill, no water refill Day 3: 0,- tip – no coffee refill Day 4: 5,- tip – no coffee refill, no extra towel, no bed canvas Day 5: 5,- tip – no coffee refill, no extra towel, no bed canvas Day 6: 0,- tip – no extra towel, no bed canvas. I’ve place a glass on the balcony. Guess what, it is still there (today is day 9). Day 7: 0,- tip – no coffee refill, no extra towel, no shower gel refill, no soap refill, no bed canvas, not enough toilet paper left (1.5 roll for a 4 member family in a family room). I call the reception at around 8:30 am, that we’ve run out of toilet paper and would need some, asap. 20 min. later I go personally to the reception. 6 hours later we’ve got the toilet paper. Is the first time in my life I had to use public toilet paper in a hotel while having a paid hotel room and later I’ve bought our own in a shop. Day 8: 0,- tip – no coffee refill, no extra towel, no shower gel refill, no soap refill, no bed canvas, not enough toilet paper Day 9: you’re reading this. This was not acceptable anymore. It makes your hotel a 3* and we feel to have wasted a part of our money – instead a 3* hotel we’ve overpaid for a 5* hotel. I was not bothered by the fact, that many of your staff does not speak English, neither German. There are many little things, which just happen (like refusing to give us a banana for our 8 months baby, as “it is not opening hours”). Nothing is perfect, neither human factor. However, your room services and the ability, or better inability to deal with anything, which is not pre-scheduled, affected our personal welfare. This is not acceptable. I hope, for the next guests, you’ll fix what shall be fixed. So far, this is the rating for our 10 days stay in a family room: Beach, incl. services: 4.5* Pool, incl. services: 3.5* Restaurant, incl. services: 4* Food stands: 3* Room service and extra’s: 1-2* Please be informed, that this open letter together with your possible response will be posted on trip advisor and booking.com. Best regards, Room 2051 PS. Our trip has finished and we didn't receive any reponse from the hotel. Several guests from Germany and Slovakia claimed it was not possible to discuss something at the reception and that their expectations have been higher, considering a new facility.
